waiting time was nearly an hour.then i was told to change into the gown n sit there which was for another half an hour,feeling real embarrassed.then she walks in says hi n starts the procedure with no explanation no nothing.not even bothering to make me feel comfortable n help me relax!then in between the procedure her phone rings and she runs out saying one minute n talks for 20 mins.then she comes back completes it,tells me to get dressed and rushes out talkin on the phone again.one of the nurses there had such dirty nails!i thanked God when she put on her gloves before coming over to draw my blood!i called for 2 months n never got my results,till the end when we said we were going to complain.then the response was on the same day.and the medicine she gave me made things worse for me and i could not reach her by phone.i asked her for a generic medicine but she never responded and she had given me a branded medicine right out of the hands of a medical representative(he was in her office and he had a handful of them)and whoever attends the calls are the most rudest of people.she also delayed sending my reports to my new gyn and that delayed me getting treated. |
