Advantages to entering your email address:

1. You will receive an email after your score has been approved and posted on the website
2. You will receive an email when others respond to your comments
3. If you forget your password, we can email it to you

Your email address will not be displayed anywhere on this site. We will not give your email address to anyone. You are not required to provide your e-mail address, but it gives your score more credibility. If a doctor or anyone else challenges your opinion we may email you to confirm some of the facts in your comments. If you do not provide a valid email address some of your comments may be removed or your entire score may be deleted. (We will not give any doctor your email address, either.)
