After repeated attempts to get a prescription refilled, I am still without necessary medication, and this has been over many weeks. Additionally, another time I tried to call when I was ill for care, first thing in the morning, the nurse was unavailabe and was to call back, but left for the day without ever bothering to call me. I had called back a few times throughout the day to make contact, but no call back. I have left messages over the course of time, which is the only option when contacting the office there most often, and again, no one returns the call. Thankfully, I am a healthy person... I cannot imagine dealing with this level of care and being ill as well!
