This was the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received at any place of business. The woman working the front desk was very rude and obnoxious. No customer service skills what so ever. I honestly do not know how she has a job. I did not even see the doctor because I was so insulted by her attitude that I walked out. This was my first and last visit. They had the nerve to try and charge me for not cancelling my appointment 24 hours in advance. The funny thing was that I scheduled that morning so there wasn't even 9 hours between the time I scheduled and the actual appointment. This office has a very negative vibe and it seems that they are hard up for money. I know of 2 other people who have had negative experiences here as well.
