I took my recently adopted cat for a check up to this doctor and to check on a respiratory infection that the cat was recuperating from.  He did nothing but overcharge me for medicine and regular procedures.  5 days later I had to take my cat to a different doctor because he was not getting better.  I had to call the adoption center for some advice and a referal to an honest vet.  I took my cat to a different doctor and she actually took the time to take the appropriate steps to diagnose my cat.  After the xray, she could see that the cat had a lot of fluids in his longs and that he was very sick.  I don't know if my cat would make it, but if Dr. Schlereth had taken the time to actually diagnose my cat instead of selling products that were not necessary, my cat might have had a chance.  I also heard from different people that the Banfield hospitals overcharge clients for simp
