I just wanted to warn people about this guy. He should see if Mcdonald's is hiring and flip burgers.  I had a bad back and swa him for it for sometime and it kept getting worse. Looking at my back there was nothing to see and no way oftelling what was wrong, unless a MRIor CAT scan was peformed. But when I went to see him and there was a huge square lump 3'x5'x and 1' thick, he wouldn't even look at it when I stood to lift my shirt to show him. My chiroprator said she had never seen anything like it before and urged me to see a specialist. She did know but had the comon sense to send me to another doctor that didn't know and hadto have a CT scan done to find out, but at least both looked at it and either sent me to someone else or do a more indepth examination with a picture. I had a biopsy done which showed a staff infection that covered a quarter of my back. It wasn't Chen's fault that I had the infection, and maybe just looking at it he may not have known what it was. But if he had just taken the few seconds to look and it, instead of giving me a little pain medicine- and not even half as much to slow the pain down, he could have at least sent me to someone else before it got so bad. It probably would have saved me from having the operation and the infection went into the spine. It followed some screws from a fusion I had done years before. When the surgent went in and took out the hardware, he went to unscrew thescrews andhe said that they came straight out without unscrewing them. Like pulling nails out of jelly-o. Do''t go to see RobertP Chen or anyone else at what was called Western Medical. Now its called the Dominican health services or something. No wonder they changed names.
