For a walk-in clinic with no appointments necessary I found this facility to be completely adequate for the diagnosis and treatment of general illness like conjestions. Office staff quickly processes insurance checks, waiting time without appointments is amazingly short even with a full waiting room, nursing staff is personable, and Dr. Mike has a low-key no-nonsense demeanor giving accurate diagnosis and care. Plus, approval of refill prescriptions is instantaneous and hassel-free. What a welcome change from being subjected to our insurance's assigned primary care physician's office or an urgent care facility scene! We are a family with health insurance with an assigned doctor, but we are permitted to visit other facilities should his office deny an open appt or they are closed (and, we all know how common that is!), so we have found that Dr. Mike's Clinic better meets our needs and we wait until after hours to see him instead. Thank you, Dr. Mike, for bringing back an easy way to see a doctor and doing it so grandly.
