Avoid this oral surgeon. My eight year old went in needing to get two teeth pulled. The combination gas and novocaine did not numb her enough, but he went ahead and pulled both teeth anyway. I heard her from the next room screaming in pain, and asked the nurse to go in a check. The nurse came out and resumed looking at her papers, until I heard her scream again. The other nurse just shut a second door to the rooms.
She was put through an extreme amount of pain. The surgeon should have stopped and not taken the second tooth. When he came out he was trying to "handle" me and do damage control. Please go some where else!
