this dr is arrogant and rude. he violates hipaa violations. I have stood at the desk and heard him speak terribly re: other patients and heard details of other patients treatment and meds. I have witnessed occasions when he has prescribed medication to anyone for anything without an appointment just to get them off the phone. this is not good care in my opinion. the physician assistants are wonderful and the staff is decent with the exception of the billing people. they are not knowledgable and extremely rude. I spoke to someone named Jennifer on the phone who was blantantly rude and unkind and not very knowledgable when it came to my insurance questions. I have stood at the check in desk and had someone else's medical records sitting right there to be read by anyone. I would not want my information laid out for anyone to read. I have heard the doctor yell and be vulgar and overheard several instances of sexual harrassment in my opinion both by the doctor and by the male staff. I once called with an illness and was told to come by for a shot without an appt and was never asked if I was allergic to it. come to find out I was and had to recieve yet another shot to fix the reaction....all without being seen by the physician. overall I was extremely unhappy and felt I recieved poor care in a less than acceptable office. I would not refer anyone to this physician.

The blonde receptionist is extrememly rude as is the 'office manager'. The receptionist throws your credit slips at you and says sign here, does not say please or be courteous in any way, when I said please after she rudely said sign there she said it wasn't a question I said you can say please and returned the slip in the same fashion it was received and went to sit down and she goes here and threw my receipt slip at me in which I told her she is a bitch and I am going to report her she said you do that, then the pleasant office manager came out and turned it around on me so I said I want my money back and i will go to another Doctor then she decides to change her tone and attitude, sorry too late. Then I get a ridiculous letter that they can 'no longer provide me medical services'. What a joke. I don't have any names cause they don't seem to have one as the office manager introduced herself just as that with no name to go with it. Very rude. I've never been treated so badly by any office staff, or been 'dismissed'.
