Gave outdated limitations for patient. Was responsive at first and listened. Then changed after 5 years of knowing this patient. Believed another doctor he knew lied rather than patient. Did not wish to believe another doctor was wrong. Did not believe a doctor from his own hospital who agreed that these were seizures. Was insulting to parent during final call. Accused parents of faking and hindered treatment elsewhere for 3 years. Put patient in harms way.
