Never go to this dentist.  I had an awful experience.  I had crown work done, and he had to reschedule me about 3 times, before I was finally able to come in.  Then I came in to get my permanent crown on, and once I got there they told me they didn't have the crown yet. (So why did they confirm my appt??

They asked me to come back 2 weeks later (soonest I could get an appt), and when I showed up at 8am, the dentist was running '1 hour late.'  I couldn't miss more work, so I came back a week later to get it done.  I had been rescheduled about 4-6 times by then.

Then I had a minor chip in my tooth repaired.  He did a sloppy job, and I had to come back a day later so he could scrape off the excess (which he didn't do originally).  He promised me the chip filling would last a long time.  IT FELL OUT THAT NIGHT.  I gave up, and called asking for my $120 copay refund.  I was not going to schedule more appointments with him, to get more sloppy work done. 

I left several messages with him, asking for a refund, and no one ever called me back.  It's been 3 weeks now.
