 2006 i was a patient of Dr. Goodstein and had breast augmentation done.  it was the worst surgery and pain that I ever experienced.  One breast is much larger than the other causing one nipple to be higher and I have absolutely no feeling in both breasts (the entire breast! including under the arm pits!)   The scares are so huge and ugly I am thinking of getting them corrected by another doctor.  One breast has moved further to the right too.  I wish that I had read his bad reviews before i had surgery with him.  And i'm not surprised that he has a mal practice suit against him either.  I have just been so traumatized that i am not willing to see another doctor yet but i will eventually.  Stay away from this one.

I had lyposuction on my stomach and inner thighs.  It was the worst pain EVER, and I have permanent pockets of skin (rolls) on the upper part of my stomach.  He said that they would smooth out and they never did.  I am still paying for the surgery and have never really noticed a difference.  I wasnt looking for a miracle either just a few curves and to get rid of my little pouch , that I still have.  Yes I workout and eat right, but the surgery did not do what it claims to do.  I should have looked for a better surgeon.  THE SCARS are huge, and after 3 years they are still there and they are hard and not going anywhere.  I wish I had found this site before, I wouldnt have gone there.  It was miserable and a horrid experience.  My nurse, he was great.. The rest of the experience was a crock.
