This Dr is impossible to get to return your phone calls or address your concerns. You cannot depend on him or his office for anything! They tell you they will do things(like send faxes or request information) and they dont do any of it. It will require 5 or more phone calls asking the same thing brfore you finally get an answer. He is not very qualified to do his job and his staff must not be able to stand him either because everytime you go there you see all new faces. The latest is he wants you to pay $1500 a year above and beyond insurance just for him to retain you as a patient. Complete scam! I would seriously consider finding a new Dr if you can and for those who havent dealt with him, keep looking! |
