The first appt with this Dr. he showed up 2 hrs late and was so backed up I was in the office 4 hrs. The 2nd appt took over 3 hrs as he was late. 3rd appt he refered to a specialist after 2 hr appt. The new Dr. sced surgery. All tests were completed, surgery sced, preop done. 1 1/2 hrs before surgery we recieve notice that Dr Hashemee has not approved surgery and will not do so till I am seen by him again. He had notice for almost a month that this was going on and waited till 1/12 hrs before surgery to stop. This cost us days pay, work was upset as they had sced coverage for the month I was to be out. Wife lost pay taking time off. Hospital very unhappy, Surgeon unhappy. Dr Hashemees office said if I could be there within 1/2 hr they would take care of it. I showed up but the Dr didnt come in on time so all had to be canceled.
