Dr. Eppley replaced breast implants I had done several years ago elsewhere.   In addition to severe complications involving one breast nearly breaking through the skin, they were much larger than I had wanted.  The right breast had to be done over 3 times and left me disfigured. 

I had lipo to my thighs and they are so ugly and full of irregularities that I have never worn shorts since.

In retrospect, I see that Dr. Eppley should never have replaced my implants at all, and surely not with larger ones.  I wanted more lift to my breasts and he should have put in the same size implants and done a lift with them, not bigger implants that thinned my skin so bad.

I don't think I would recommend him to anyone wanting the procedures I had.
