Dr. Houser is a good Psychiatrist, but he does not have a receptionist. He really needs one, because he does not ever answer the office phone.  He lets the calls go to his voicemail and then when I leave a voicemail message, he hardly ever returns my call.  Also, he only has office hours on Wednesdays and Fridays.  This is very inconvenient and not enough office hours, in my opinion.

Has anyone else had these or other problems with Dr. Scott Houser in New Castle County, DE?

I found about 5 addresses for Dr. Scott Houser, so it's possible he works a day or two at each location.  I don't know this doctor, but he could split his time up between multiple offices.
