The worst staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I waited over 2 hours to be 'Squeezed in' to a 'busy day' only two other patients came and left. So when I asked to be scheduled to a better time/day slot they tried to charge me 25 dollars!! Then when I asked for my records they got all pissy with me and told me that too would cost $25.00. By arizona law a doctor can only charge you .10 cent per page, so don't let them try to rape you too. Then she made me fill out a records release paper which I signed and low and behold the next day they sent it back to my home via certified mail! With a letter stating they were releasing me as a patient. I thought I made that clear when I asked for my record? What is this elementary school again? 'No way! Your not gonna break up with me cause I'm breaking up with you !! officially!' Just a few weeks earlier I had been in to see them for a eye infection. they prescribed me a anti biotic and nose inhaler. 4 days later when my eye had gotten much worse I went in to emergency care and showed them what I had been prescribed. That doctor said 'why did they give you an inhaler' the emergency care doctor then prescribed to me a stronger antibiotic and eye drops and magically I started getting better. I guess that was my hint to change doctors. After he had his stroke he has gone downhill in his practice. My guess is they are hurting for cash because of his staff driving patients away. I agree whole heartedly with the other reviewers here this staff is horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away!! F-
