I have a severe phobia of dentists. I don't even like them to examine my teeth. It had been a few years since my last visit and I had some broken teeth from cavities I never had filled. Anyway, I went in for an emergency and found out I needed 2 crowns and one of them was so deep that it might need a root canal. Dr. Christian explained that he would remove the decay and assess the status of the tooth once it was clean. He was able to do both crowns without a root canal. He told me I still might need one if the tooth starts hurting in the future, but thank God it hasn't. He really explained what he needed to do and even offered laughing gas (which really works). I have been back for 2 cleanings since then with no problems.
