We do not recommend this clinic.  After years of being with this clinic, doctors changed and the clinic was purchased by Dr. Garner.  Bad experience recently, bad communication and ultimately Banfield clinics are taking advantage of those on their infamous 'wellness' plan.  They push TWO comp exams so that you always have a balance, so if needing to cancel, you will need to pay the balance before ending relationship with them.

If any wrong is done by this office as it it is privately owned, they will not take responsibility for it, and will ultimately not be helpful.  Sad that Banfield allows them to use their name and treat people this way.  Please try to find a REAL vet for your beloved pet.  This clinic will label your animal to be something it is not, as our RESCUE was labeled aggressive and disobedient, due to his being deathly afraid of vets and having bit the first vet we had him to be checked. It was unfortunate as he is the most gentle easy going dog we have every owned, even over our other 3 dogs who are fantastic!   They labeled him instantly and were always uncomfortable upon entering the room to treat him.  It was obvious, and we knew that if we were feeling uncomfortable our dog had to feel that as well.  And he never showed to be comfortable at all with them, which was so unfortunate.

They will not be willing to work with you and will ultimately deny having any wrong part to anything. Dr. has poor communication skills with those seeking services, as we learned first hand.   A very unprofessional office and one that we would have not known had we not had an actual situation with our dog that needed more attention than regular office visits and comp exams.  Very disappointing....

Please be aware.
