dr. starr is an excellent ophalmologist. i came in with trouble seeing driving at night and she helped me with that problem immediately. i can see 200% better when driving at night and i am 100% pleased with the end results. a few months later a problem came up with my vision where she had to perform a laser surgery and she executed the surgery very well with no complications and no pain afterwards. she has a great selection of designer frames (some at almost cost price!) and her back office staff is experienced and patient. although her front desk help needs some organizational improvement, all of them are very cordial, well-knowledged and willing to help with anything you ask them to. all times ive been to see her, service has been great. there is a slight wait time, but considering the end results, the wait is worth it!
