Unfortunatley this doctor at first seems quite caring. However do not be deceived . Her office staff is so unproffessional that appointments are double booked and days that you did not have an appt. they claim that you did. Even after having a receipt , I was told that I could no longer be a patient there after missing an appt. .

I have known and worked professionally (in the psych field) with Dr. Bumby for the past 11 years.
I believe she is the only qualified psychiatrist in the Palm Springs desert community. Not only does she care of her patient's welfare, she is also very knowledgeable about psychiatric medications.
