After spending over $20,000 on six laminates when one failed this week he refused to see me on a timely basis. It took five calls to his office to get a response. When he did finally speak to me he was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. It appears that unless you are giving him a payment with five zeros on the end of it he has no use for you. Also, since he fancies himself a dentist to the 'stars' unless you are a star I would strongly suggest that you avoid this pompous moron.
