This office is not very well put together. RN's screen all of the calls and are not qualified to answer the questions of medical necessity. Whenever there is an issue with your child they tell you, after supposedly speaking with the doctor, that everything is okay. Even when finally asking to speak with the physician he will call you and act as if you are bothering him. Then he will proceed to tell you everything is fine even though of all the books and medical articles you have read state that your child's symptoms are red flags for something serious. We are finally taking our child to another pediatrician who has ordered the tests needed to help diagnose the problems that our child is having.
