I never get to see the doctor no matter how badly I need one. I only get to see the PA. Urgent medical reports are never reported to me and the staff makes excuses for all neglect.  I have selected a new Primary Physician, had them fax. a release that I signed for records to be forwarded to him, but after a week they haven't been sent.  I have been quite ill, and on calling Dr. Tagis-Cordova's office, was told to reschedule my app't. which is not until June 4, as they probaboy would not send the reports until then.  My insurance company (Av-Med) called Dr. Tagis-Cordova's office about their handling of this situation and was then told the reports wouod probably go out today.  (May29)  Av-Med said they would call again tomorrow to make sure it was sent. This entire office and doctor's behavior is unacceptable.
