I basically wanted to comment on the office staff. The lady at the front desk is an airhead and every little thing is a problem to her. The front desk is not on the same page as the back office nor are any of them on the same page with the Doctor which is very frustrating. I had a question about my visit so I called the office back and was told that I would get a return call from the nurse, which never happened, a day later after I called about my question the women at the front desk calls me back saying that I needed to have something done that I thought I had just had done two days before. I am so frustraded and fed up because I feel this was a waist of my money and time.
