They scheduled an appointment for me three months after my checkup to follow up on my cholesterol. I took the morning off work to make my appointment and then they said I did not have an appointment and the doctor did not even work that day. I had the card where they wrote the appointment. They pulled my chart and I was correct. They had me in the computer for November. This is the second time they have screwed up my appointment. They have not remodeled or have any new equipment since 1972, the office smells and does not look clean. I am switching doctors and recommend all to stay away and find a doctor's office with a competent staff who can schedule and keep appointments and with an office that has at least been remodeled in this century. They also scheduled me four years too early for a mammogram. I am only 32. I read this could even be dangerous. Just because I mentioned my grandmother died at 93 of breast cancer, they immediately sent me for a mammogram. Then the insurance did not cover it because of my age. They send you to get unnecessary tests and want to prescribe you unnecessary prescription medication. I had a sore throat and runny nose, and he sent me for an expensive prescription of allergy medicine. I have never had any allergies. I did not buy the medication and the sore throat and runny nose went away with vitamin C, and rest.
