i traveled about over 100 miles r/t to this so-called prosthodontist who sent my upper denture to a lab. with written notes (which i could have found anywhere) because 'she' didn't have a clue, i went to 'her' thinking, ignorantly, that a prosthodontist specializes in dentures and she would be able to at least work on the wax try in.  many, many appt's. and even one of the people who work/worked with her, told me, 'i know it looks terrible but i can't say anything'..............she even had another friend of hers, a male dentist come in but it was already so messed up, it was a 'NIGHTMARE'............ a very nice friend went with me to every appt. so it wasn't just 'my take'..........she was arrogant and i would NOT recommend.  so many people out there spending money on dentures and there are so few who know how to make one.
