Not given This dentist kept me waiting over 1 and 1/2 hours after I arrived for my appointment.  Her staff tried to locate her by phone.  I overheard them saying she decided to go to a hair or makeup  appointment.  Giving Dr. Nicholas the benefit of doubt I came again.  This time she was late because she was walking her dog.  Once I finally met her she was pleasant, but was forcing me into treatment that I knew I could not afford.  I tried to tell her what was best for me and my finances.  I told her and her staff that I would call them when I decided.  Over the next week I heard from her staff member, Emily.  I told her then, I would call and schedule when I was ready.  One evening, after 8:30pm, I heard from Dr. Nicholas' office asking me to come for treatment and to meet her prostadontist, Dr. Adisdian.  This woman never identified herself, only as as the manager.  Since I had met Dr. Nicholas before, I recognized that it WAS THE DENTIST herself calling and posing as a member of her staff.  This in itself was very disconcerting.  I stated again that I would call them WHEN I was ready!  Because this very strange behavior caused me much concern, I Googled her name and also checked with Riverside County Superior Court records.  The information I found was astounding.  She has an alias Anka Nicolau.  There were many court cases that this practictioner was involved.   I was recommended to this dentist by a friend with whom I worked with in the Idywild area.  She was currently under treatment with Dr, Nicholas.  I called my friend and discovered that she had terminated the treatment with Dr, Nicholas because of Dr. Nicholas' erratic behavior, late night calls from Dr. Nicholas and she stated Dr, Nicholas had made appointments for her without telling her.  After one such incident, my friend said Dr. Nicholas had called her and screamed at her for missing this appointment and that she had to pay staff and have another dentist come from Pasedina.  My friend was very upset and decided not to go to this office again.  When I tried to reconcile what little I had of a bill for my consultation and diagnoctic x-rays, I talked to many differnt people as the one manager before had quit, another one had started and didn't know anything about it and a third tried to help but didn't have any authority.  The last pesron I spoke with was helpful as much as she could, and said she'd try to help, but couldn't make any promises.  In late August I tried one more time to rectify my billing statement.  I was told that Patsy whom I had last spoke to was let go by Dr, Nicholas.  Someone would get back to me but never did.   My point here is . . .  to thoroughally investigate and doctor or dentist with whom you are going to invest a large some of money for elective treatment.  Dr. Nicholas maybe very skilled, but may have other personal priorities that over shadow her best judgement for correct, proper or optimal treatment.  I say this as I was waiting a long time for my second visit with her, (as already stated I would give her the benefit of doubt), I had overheard her speaking on her cell phone to someone about work being done at her home and her daughters' boarding school.  During this exchange, Dr, Nicholas' voice had raised several octaves and she was upset over costs, how she was to pay for her daughters' school and a futrue plastic surgery scheduled for herself.   At one point an employee went into her office and closed her door.  Trying to be fair I took all this with a grain of salt, so to speak.  The impression I had of the office was that Dr, Nicholas had a fair to good staff but she was her own worst enemy.  There are several dentists that do the same treatment as Dr, Nicholas' but before committing to treatment in her office any any other.  Investigate thoroughally.

This is the worst dentist anyone can go to.  I wish I had known about your site before. She is late for appointments because of flat tire, loosing her dog, getting her hair done etc. She will make you think you have no choices.  I started seeing her on 1/30/ 06 and it is now 11/30/07 and work was not completed.  I was suppose to get a million dollar smile costing me $35,000.00.  I ended up with five posts and a broken partial.  She refuses to give me back money for work never done.  I have no choice but, to go to small claims court because I can't afford an attorney.  If I win I will can only get $7,500.00 back and she owes me alot more. She will quote you a price and then always want more money or she will not continue the work until you get it.  I have been to hell and back with this women.  I don't want to see anyone have to go thru what I did.  Also the pain was excruciating and she advertises pain-free.  Please do not go to her.
