Dr. Smelkinson and her staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctor is an expecially good listener and takes my concerns into account and answers my questions fully. She explains what she's doing and why she's doing it. She's frank, but not tactless, and has a good sense of humor. She's been my primary physician for more than 4 years.

My only quibble is that it can be hard to get someone from her office on the phone to answer questions or set up an appointment. (They are responsive to voice mail, though.) Dr. Smelkinson has a small staff, so I guess that's to be expected.
