Dr. Marquand is a great family doctor. He works in an office with other doctors, so if he is not available you can see one of the others. Unfortunately the office staff are not very friendly. They are rude when you call to make an appointment and they are rude when you sign in at the desk. They do not smile or act friendly, which is surprising since they are working in a key customer service role at this office. As for the nurses, they are not very nice either. When the one nurse takes my pulse I am always left with her fingernail indention on my wrist afterwards. However, Dr. Marquand's great personality makes up for the rude office staff and I would definitely recommend him. I am giving him a 9 out of 10.
