THE WORST DETNAL OFFICE EVER The waiting room is too small, I had to wait for more than an hour staff are very rude and unfriendly. Every time you call to follow up on something, a different person answers the phone and they have no clue about anything, so you have to re-explain your story to them. All they can say, will get back to you but nothing happens. This is the worst dental experience I've ever had. |

This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I waited over two weeks to get an appointment. They would not see me until they had full verification of my insurance coverage. Then I was told that I needed various treatments that were completely unneccessary. The facilities are unhygenic to say the least. The doctor treats the people who work for her with very little respect... but she treats her patients the same way. The pain I experienced during my root canals was worse than childbirth. She performed two root canals on me, both of which had to be re-done by a competent endodontist about 3/4 of a year later. When I finally found a good dentist, I was told that she has a reputation of being incompetent and billing for services that are unneccessary. I have since heard this from other people that have been to her - all of which gave her a chance and then never returned. She should not be practicing.

This office is by far the least unprofessional I have ever been to. You can not get through on the phone. And when you do, they bounce you from person to person until they finally hang up on you. (happened to me twice) When you leave a voicemail (since they rarely pick up) they never call you back. They did not submit my insurance claim for me, and they charged us a $50 cancel fee, even though we did call and cancel an appointment. We cancelled the appointment because the 2 times we were there we waited a total of 3 hours to see the dentist even though we had appointments. I have been trying now for 2 days to get our issues cleared up and once I finally do we will never go back to this office.
