dr. J Arcand has a cold presence about her when she walks in the room she has a un happy look on her face, she was rude to me and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was also rude to her helper that helped hold my dog during the exam..I dont understand what her problem is. Everytime I bring my pet to her she looks miserable and she seems cranky and rude. The other doctors at the hospital are very kind and seem to care about people and their pets. I think she has issues and should NOT be working in this profession. I can't stand having her as my pets primary doctor. The hospital itself is great everyone is kind and polite except her. He place is in a mental institution.
