My 6yr old came to this office for toothache and had two fillings. The novacaine worked too well and the boy chewed his cheek. This office didnt think to prescribe pain meds but did prescribe antibiotics and the dosage was off-the pediatrician easily doubled the amount to make it correct. The office person did not fill out papers correctly so I wound up getting billed (but I refuse to pay for their mistakes) and she also argued about whether my son was in pain. He is 6. The workers in the office all seemed more interested in their computers (ordering clothes and travel plans) than helping patients-I waited at least 15 minutes for them to write up a prescript after waiting a half hour for my son to be seen-and I had a bored toddler w/ me to boot. Then they say I ought to go to a pediatric dentist-they had initially told me that the other dentist was for children (hes there once a week)Im like-where am I then? ugh. Will never go back. they were rude, inefficient and not very gentle.
