Dr. Gregory Fedele in Beachwood seems very busy, judging by how long we waited to be seen for our appointment. We (my family member who ended up having surgery by Dr. Fedele) assumed that how busy he was must have meant that he was popular and good at what he does. Over an hour we waited, then were brought in to watch a movie about breast implants, had a very fast exam (we felt rushed,) and went into Dr. Fedele's office to see computer images and talk more. It really bothered both of us that he kept looking at his palmphone while talking to us. We were hurried out and went to the front desk to ask about how long a wait there was before surgery. The woman at the desk was very brusque with us, and even called us by the wrong names. I went to another Dr. in the area for my breast aug, where I was treated respectfully and attentively, and my results are beautiful. My sister chose Dr. Fedele since they had a faster surgery time for her, and it was less expensive. Trust us both, when it comes to plastic surgery, you get what you pay for. She had complications after the surgery, and when she called the office she kept being put on hold, or worse sent to the answering service, When she finally did get a response she was treated like it was annoying for her to keep calling the office trying to get help. Even now, 4 months later she still has incisions that are not healed, her breasts are not even, and she is coming to the plastic surgeon I saw for a revision. |
