This office is amasin to look at but the people are not professional dress poorly and have multipule piercings. I was there to possibly euthanize my animal and left crying in waiting room 15 min. because phone rang to much. go up to be placed in a room and left standing while phone was answered. Had to ask to see Vet after  seeing one earlier in month. Cat was given meds that didn't work twice. Many phone calls not answered. Told cat had possible tumor. had to ask Dr. to check why cat was suddenly blind? Took cat to another Vet. This vet diagnosed cat in 1 day after going to other vet for a month and cat almost dead. Set appointment up to see owner/manager was told we would get refund. I called 4 days later was then given to owner who new nothing of problem (young manager dressed in sweats t-shirt and piercing forgot to tell his employer of problem?) Tol I was a lyer and would not get refund. Two week later afeter 3 medications and hand feeding cat beginning to come around. Meds first Dr. gave cat worker for couple of day and stopped.  Told by vet#2 antibiotic doesn't work well with cat Vet#1 said they do even after cat continued to fail on meds. cat has hypertention blood work by Vet#1 said no kidney failure by cat eyes showed signs of hypertention . Cat now has kidney failure as shown in second blood wors but Vet#2 saw cat eyes and knew hypertention. Vet#1 was spacifically asked if cat ah hypertention and we were told no. 1#vet refuses to do anything for us even after we were told we would get refund which me and my husband heard for the manager. vet#1 said i lyed.
