I had an extremely bad experience with Dr. Amersi. Dr. Yashari was my doctor but Dr. Amersi was the one who delivered my baby. Basicaly she left a piece of placenta inside of me and I had an awful hemorrhage. I lost nearly 60% of my blood two weeks after the delivery. After the heavy bleeding started my husband contacted the doctor's office and Dr. Yashari told him that I should only lay down, that it was normal. After a minute in bed I realised that I would die there if I did not leave for the hospital. My husband stoped to a small hospital on my way to UCLA Santa Monica because I would of lost all my blood by the time I would of got there. After the bleeding stoped, the small hospital sent me back to UCLA Santa Monica where Dr. Yashari was suppose to wait for me there to proceed a DNC. When I got there Dr. Yashari was not there. It took him 9 hours after I arived in Santa Monica UCLA hospital before showing up. I went back home, 4 days later without any energy. I did not even have enough energy to lift a fork. My mom had to feed me. It took me 15 months to feel my energy level back to normal.
I nearly died. It was the most horrible moment of my life. It took me very long to talk about it. A month ago I had my second child, obviously with an other doctor. What a difference to have a doctor who cares. This time around I have the chance to care for my child and enjoy the time with her.
