Stay away from this office! The billing is a complete scam! We had charges for procedures that were paid for by insurance still appearing on our bill, insurance adjustments not made, payments not reflected - and all we were told was ‘whoops!’ They also tried to enroll us into a credit payment program for a balance that was clearly not owed to them! Also, we were told we needed unnecessary procedures. The complete experience has left me unnerved that this office is still allowed to practice, because you know there are people who are being scammed by them, but they are too busy to be on top of payments, insurance, etc.
