The doctor's single staff member was wonderful, although she never left the reception area, she was very friendly and pleasant. The doctor, however, was another story. I was very frightened, and he did nothing to ease my anxiety. My initial cleaning was uneventful, and the only issue was placing bonding material along the gumline of two teeth to help with recession and sensitivity. He held me down and wouldn't stop working on my teeth, despite my tears and loud protests to stop because of the pain. I was told that he was almost done (he wasn't) and to stop crying. He wasn't being comforting or trying to calm me down, he was yelling at me. I was very upset, and to top it all off, he botched the work, because I couldn't stop moving, he said. He'd have to fix it next time, he said. Needless to say, I never went back, and unfortunately, have had a tough time getting myself past the experience and finding a new dentist so far. I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Giordano. He should not be practicing.
