Dr. Moore is a very good psychiatrist. He used to be my psychiatrist for 6 years (1978-1984) in Greenville, NC. And I have always like him. He is smart, nice, well-minded, and understanding. He is super! Since he is not in private psychiatric practice anymore, Dr. Moore is the owner of the mental health agency, ACT Medical Group, PA in Wilmington, NC. |
