My complaint when I went to see this Doctor was a bladder infection, which he determined I did have.  Then he looked at my list of medications I had provided and proceeded to tell me I need detox because of the pain medications I was taking. I have an extremely bad back and arthritis and have been going to a very respected pain management clinic and I do take a mild narcotic daily and go maybe three or four times a year for nerve root injections and radio frequency shots.  He was extremely rude and did not make eye-contact with me, as if I was a real addict.  If he believed in this so much, why didn't he suggest an alternative, maybe herbal treatment?  He did not have any business talking to me about this, I was there at his tiny little walk in clinic for a bladder infection, which he did give me a prescription for and it cleared up in five or six days.  I will never go back to him again and I have a neighbor who complained about his rudness.  She had a muscle spasm in her right shoulder and he began examining her left one instead and told her very gruffly that she had a spasm in her  left one. He did give her a muscle relaxer which is why she went to him in the first place.  She will never go back there either.  We have another walk-in clinic where we live and the Doctor there is WONDERFUL.   He happened to be out of town on the day I went to Dr.Fulk. which I will never do again!!!  ,
