First you wait outside for until your turn (acceptible).  Then you're in examination-room for 45 minutes, after which a nurse/Phys,Ass. arrives asks questions (and doesn't really care to listen) and jots down notes.  This nurse later gets scolded verbally abused in front of patient (me) by Dr. Fox and that also for a very silly reasons.  After another 35 minutes the doctor arrives, (keep your WSJ handy to not be bored in the mean time). 

He spends less than 4 minutes with me, yes really that's all!  And only goes over 3 questions that his nurse noted down.  He couldn't pronounce my name (a simple 5 letter word in english dictionary!).  When I tried to ask some question, he conveyed a hurry to go have his chinese takeout.  And very generously only 'allowed' me ONLY one question.  The doctor is VERY UNFRIENDLY, UNWELCOMING, UNATTENTIVE, INDIFFERENT, and ARROGANT. 

For one of the skin symptons, he asks me to come back after reading his paper/research on it, and does not feel necessary to tell me diagnosis.

Claims himself the 'inventor' of skin-stretchmark-condition, and its medicine, that he claims is 'revolutionary', better than others on market (I wonder how that happened if he discoverd the condition), and yet is not FDA approved. 

And best of all, your 4 minutes of uncaring doctor with ADD will cost you a fortune with prescribed recurrent visits, since he does exams & diagnosis only in a total of 5 visits.  Two more and he would have been able to compete with harry-potter series.
