Dr. Kristin Gerster is by far the most two faced person I have ever met. You should hear how she talks to her staff! Does she not realize that there is only a door seperating me with my dog and her on the other side? She comes into the room and is by far one of the most fake persons I have ever met. Then she leaves the room and starts talking how she really is. My appointment was for 9 in the morning. One of the girls came to the waiting room and escorted me and my dog into the room. Asked a few questions and said that Dr. Gerster would be in shortly. A few minutes later I heard one of the staff say she was going to call her on the phone to see if she was on here way yet. I waited in the room for over 30 minutes before she even got there. I also heard her talking to her staff members concerning a problem that happened a few day prior. She just kept talking and talking. She obvoiusly did not care that there was an appointment waiting for her. I made my appointment with her because my friend recommended her. After this, I will not be asking for her again. I even called my friend after my appointment and told her everything. My friend said, 'oh yeah, she is usually running behind'. My time is valuable and as a doctor and owner, she should pay more attention to these things. Overall, I am not very happy about the visit. The hospital is beautiful, but way over the top!!! I this what our money goes to? P.S. Hope your staff is paid well too, but I doubt it from how I heard you talk to them.

I think the person who wrote this must be the doctor herself. They are the most moneyhungry selfish people I have ever met. They will not cut a deal even when they have seen your animal several times and not know what is wrong with them. They never would give me a discount even though I asked for one. I almost had to put my animal to sleep because could not aford them. All I can say is good luck with this vet. Any positives on this vet and I have to believe its not true....Although the facility is nice and clean and the staff is nice...the owners are selfish and stingy and I am not the only one with this idea...

This doctor and all the other doctors (vets) I have incountered in this office and there sister office (towne and country) have been terrible. I have taken my cat in to only come home with him being immediatly worse then where we started. SO of course we keep going back and he is even worse then ever now after several visits. This office and thier sister office Towne and Country charge for every little thing and demand that every little test possible be performed on your animals even when not necessary. We have 5 animals that we took there and when asked if we could have even a little of a discount (even $20) they said no. Even though they have seen the same animal for the same problem several times in the last few months. They have not even helped him. Any other vet I have taken my animals too would have given me a discount since the animal is no better and I keep paying for treatments that dont work.. This office is very nice and has convienent 24 hours but, it is the opinion of this writter that they have to much overhead and have way overcharge and have forgotten whats important THE WELFARE of the animals..

This client was sent to collections for non-payment of services, she obviously isn't happy because I'm sure her credit is ruined. Be honest, it wasn't the service your unhappy with but your inability to pay for it.
Even though you’re trying to get personal by stating financial information that may or may not be true, the reason we are posting on this site is simple. We are being honest; your veterinary clinic is more concerned about money than it is about animal care. Your clinic treated my animal unsuccessfully several times..charging me for each visit. You then gave us another quote for hundreds of dollars with no guarantee of a resolution. I took the same animal to another vet for a second opinion and they were able to diagnose and solve the issue for 25% of the cost of your estimate in one visit. You have a great facility and your location is very convenient, however that is not what makes a great vet. A great vet is one that gives exceptional care, and customer service, meanwhile maintaining a long term relationship with their clients. Your clinic has a lot of room to improve on these last 3 items. That is why I and anyone I have talked to in the last few months will not be bringing our business there. You can take these and the other criticism on this site and learn from them and make your business better..or you can waste your time trying to slander people with false information. I hope you try to make your business better.
Interesting that this negative comment and two others posted on the first page were all written on the same day within 2hrs of each other yet with different nicknames. I guess you're really one angry person with three identities (multiple personality syndrome?)
I really dislike the fact that one has to police this site to clear the slanderous statements written about themselves. I really don't think this is what is meant by Freedom of Speech-See options for doctors on this site.
