I called to make an appointment with Dr. Raj Balachandani, as he came highly recommended through one of my friends of the Sindhi Association.

I called up to make an appointment and the lady that answered was very rude and impolite on the phone. I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes and she had a very rude husky voice and was not very pleasant at all. Because I was in a lot of pain, I decided to stick with the appointment, as people had recommended this clinic to me.

I had the unfortuante experience of meeting with the women on the phone, who turned out to be Dr. Balachandani's Mother. Oh Boy, I immediately felt sorry for him right away. I could tell she was a control freak and was only there because she wanted to be a part of her son's life and have control of some part of him.

She provided BAD customer service and I even noticed she was very rude to other patients that were there as well. I have been to a lot of Dental Clinics--mostly Indian and she was the worst receptionist I had ever come across.

She didn't even have any knowledge on basic Dental needs!!! I will never go back again and would not recommend any one else too. However, her son the Dentist was the opposite--very nice and a fairly good dentist.
