2007 Dr. Thomas Kim appears to be friendly until you deny his treatment plan.  If you enter his office, he expects you to accept and commit to the proposed treatment.  This makes one very uncomfortable because it makes you feel that the bottom line is 'money'.  I heard him talking to his staff in reference to another patient that they were wanting to start a very big case on that same day!  He became angry with his Assistant when she offered the patient a few days to think it over.  He told her that it was like buying a car from a car lot; when you go home and think about it, you change your mind.  I just felt very uncomfortable with everyone there because they all acted the same with the same motives.  I also felt like a 'number' rather than a person, even though his office was new and he did not have many patients.  This may be a good practice for some, but definitely not for me.  I need to be reassured that the Dentist who works on my teeth will be around for many years.  There's no telling with this practice...

when i first read your comment i got a bit nervous about my upcoming appointment. then, i read the comment from 'toothless' and also your response to it. when i saw that you admitted to being a bitter former employee I realized that you are just lashing out and i don't appreciate the deception you have posted here. take your grudge somewhere else and let future patients, like myself, make a choice that is not polluted with your bitterness as an ex- employee.

I read your comment, and I agree with you totally, You have to find out for yourself.. I don't believe it was a former employee. I believe it was another dentist  that the doctor had worked for previously to him opening his own. He knew he would do good on his own ( Which the other doctor feared, since it was not far away from that office). He knew some staff went with him from the other office.

This other office is putting past employees names in Dr Kim's scorecard who 'might 'of worked for him in the past, so it looks bad for him.

. I know for a fact that most of the employees who worked there in the past are to professional to add to these sites.

If the situation did not work out with the employee and employer , that is not the concern of patients. It is between the staff and the employer.

Always judge for yourself, All offices can not make all patients 100% happy.   I myself is Dental Office Manager for a wonderful dentist. and I know  we cant  always make everyone happy..

Judge for yourself!!

Unbelievable--
