Dr. Papagayo has been doing my dental work for a few years now. I have always had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. (This says a lot for an individual who is frightened of dentists!) His staff have always been helpful in answering any questions I have had and have always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Papagayo's chair-side manner has always put me at ease. He knows about my fear of dentists; I cannot count how many times he has asked me if I'm doing okay and if I need anything while he is working in my mouth. He has always been up front and honest with me, involving me in all aspects of my treatment planning. At times, I have consulted with another dentist who has supported Dr. Papagayo's assessment/techniques. His prices are comparable to other dentists in the Springfield area. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention his new office is very nice. It is the only dental office I have ever been in that reminds me of a spa -- again, demonstrating Dr. Papagayo's commitment to making his patients feel relaxed and cared for.
