Thanks for taking the time to share your opinions. All of your other scores are given to doctors in North Carolina. How did you happen to have an experience with this dentist in Arkansas?

Before Dr. Perkins moved to Little Rock, Arkansas he used to have his practice in Greenville, NC and that how I went to him in 2004. He is very good dentist and he is very professional. His staff are execellent.
