This doctor may be a good surgeon, but my experience with him has been terrible.  He has NO (or terrible at best) bedside manner.  In my case, he does not communicate with the patient at all and seemed to have no concern for his patient's well being.  When asking any hospital employee or nurses about him, they all said he was lacking in the social skills department (cannot put their actual words down).  I would NOT recommend him unless he is the only surgeon available and you are near death.  A really unfriendly doctor with a 'I am God' complex in my opinion.  The doctors staff, particularily the receptionist, would forget things and I would have to follow up the next day with an additional phone call to get a question I had for the doctor answered.
