Seemed nice enough/good enough on first (well-woman) visit...eight months later, when I returned with several textbook symptoms of a particular condition that causes infertility (we were trying to conceive...told her that), she laughed (yes, actually laughed) it off and told me most women would 'be happy not to get a period very often' and that 'that's just how your body works'...aside from the obvious hindrance lack of periods can cause for trying to conceive, the condition I was presenting has several other serious health risks...she told me she'd do bloodwork if it would make me happy, then misread it to tell me that I was fine...I should also mention that the condition I have is by no means rare: it is a leading cause of infertility and about 10% of women have it...would not recommend this doctor at all!
