This ENT physician does not do very well w/getting back to his patients regarding exact details of his/her condition. Even if you want to spk/w him personally, he'll always get one of his nurses to contact you. Why so? Some nurses are not experts in certain fields, therefore, they are unable to answer your questions correctly. A situation like this leaves the patient with several unanswered questions regarding matters that can truly be scary when left unsure of. So, from a score of 1 - 10, he'll get a 6 from me.
