Have never had a problem with the staff. The phone triage nurses are prompt in returning calls and give good info. They have never been rude to me -- even when I was making panicked new parent calls everyday! They were very patient and helpful. When needed, the doctors and NPs get back to you ASAP and at any hour. On a trip to an out of district ER, this doctor kept up on my son's treatment hourly through an entire night. He also made a follow up call to us the next day. I think they are very dedicated professionals. I do see the complaint about no waiting room for 1 pm appts as valid. They need a break room for the staff so people can have a decent place to wait. But honestly, I would wait in a tunnel to get the quality care for my children that Centre Pediatrics offers. They have a walk in hour every morning too. Makes getting a sick child in very easy. Even when calling later in the day, they always see my kids the same day. I am pretty happy there.
